There is a required $25 deposit when booking an appointment. This goes towards your service. Deposits are non refundable unless the stylist is at fault

Cancellations in less than 48 hrs may result in a charge of 50% of your service remaining balance. No call no show appointments will result in 100% charge of card on file. Please contact us if you will be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. COMMUNICATION IS KEY

There will be NO refunds after leaving your appointment. If you have concerns about your service please inform us before leaving.
